20 years ago I combined my love of food with my passion for health and well-being and went back to school. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition gaining certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
I continued my studies over the years and am now a Metabolic Balance Coach, Certified Reiki Master, Colon Hydrotherapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher.
My focus has been helping perimenopausal and menopausal women reset metabolism, balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and lose weight, naturally, through a whole foods approach.
